i want to join too! i am going to add a little additional goal for me...september my "challenge" was to go to yoga twice a week. i know yoga is great for you but i used to always feel like i should be running or lifting or doing something else that burns more calories. now i do all of that and then just work a yoga class in later at night. it has been wonderful, i now feel incomplete if i don't get my yoga classes in! for october i am going to continue going to yoga classes twice per week and add in two full weight lifting sessions (even if these means splitting a session up into two days). i am excited for the challenge!

So - looks like two challenges are arising - and that's fine by me. I'll go post over at the 100 lb.ers to let them know we're stealing their ideas first and okay that by them. And it looks like the exercise challenge is already up - yea! I could really use some extrinsic motivation right now! :)

I am up for anything at this point. My september was pretty much a bust as is obvious from my lack of participation in the challenge.
I added myself to the spooky challenge with exercise goals and calorie intake goals, but if the points thing works then I will try that too. |
