Weekly Exercise Log 9/5-9/11

    Paperclippy is out of town and can't start our weekly post, so no one is exercising?? Bad ladies!

    Ok, Just kidding. I thought I would start the thread, kinda suprised it wasn't started before. Join me if you want! Let's have a great week!

    I am a newbie - just joined up. Did a bit of a blog in the intro sticky if you want to check me out

    I just finished my first exercise in . . . forever OMG!

    I did only 20 mins of tae bo but was/am exhausted. The actual DVD goes for 45 mins I think so i did half. Of course I would have loved to do more, but felt a slow and steady race is the better option. Correct?

    So,

    Tuesday - 20 mins taebo
  • Way to go Daisy!! 20 min is a great start and soon you will be finishing that whole tape and kicking Billy Blanks' butt.
