I am once again STUCK! at 195. which, true, is better than stuck at 200 like I was before, but STILL! Although Im not really going to worry until the end of the month till I do my check in at Curves (I like thier scale better.. it weighed me at 192.5 hehe!) since it could be muscle, so I need to see if I lost inches! Haha I need the plateau breaker I had before... going to the club!

I know I've lost a noticable bit since I joined here, even people who usually dont comment on it say something to me.. but its still not enough! Grrr.

Haha forget that last post.. I am NOT weighing myself on my cheap home scale anymore, because it no longer works.. while, in the past 2? 3? whatever weeks... the scale I have continued to read 195, yet when I weighed myself at Curves today, it showed a drop in that time.. from 192.5 to 186.. so SCREW YOU home scale haha. Sorry, Im excited.

To celebrate this I moved my goal from 185 to 180.. since Im almost at 185 already I might as well go for the extra 5 lbs... *G*

Remember this? We're almost there!!! How is everyone doing?

I posted 8/26 and I weghed 186 on that day, today I am 168. (Wow, I really have come far!) I don't think that I will make it to 159 like I wanted, but I will be pretty close. I think I will be between 162 and 164. I have had rough patches but have more or less stuck to my plan of eating and working out.

By the end of the year I want to be at or below 155, which would make me officially not overweight anymore according to BMI. I want to start 2006 NORMAL!!!

Let's really step it up these last few weeks!!!

Well, I set a conservative goal, and I made it! But now I just have to keep it off until Thanksgiving. It's TOM right now, so I am feeling really bloated, maybe I will be even less by then (wouldn't it be great to get to my goal weight? I think it will take me a couple more months for that though).

Stephanie, that is so funny...I didn't even notice that we both started this challenge at 186

As of this morning (11/04) I weigh 167.4, so I've lost 18.6 lbs so far. 7.4 lbs left to go in the next 20 days. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!

As of this morning (11/06)...165.4 It's weird how fast I've been losing lately, but I'm not complaining Maybe I should eat a bit more or something, what do y'all think?

2 weeks from today everybody! I lost 3 pounds since last weigh in, and if it would be possible to do that for 2 more weeks in a row I could make my goal of 159. Now, I am not counting on that happening, but I am sure that I will be with in 2 pounds of that! My finance's sister and her family are going out of town for Thanksgiving, so we are going to have it the Saturday before with them PLUS then with my family on Thanksgiving day. GEEZE I wonder if they could try and make it harder on me? I wasn't going to count calories on Thanksgiving, but I think I am definitely going to the Saturday before. And I don't know about you gals, but people get angry when I don't eat a lot at gatherings, they always say "Can't you just forget about it for one day and eat what you want?" I wish people would mind their own eating habits. It's usually the heavy ones too, who say that. Whatever! 2 weeks left anyway!

It's tomorrow everyone! Since the boards will be closed tomorrow, let's check in today and/or Friday!

Recap: Started challege 8/26 at 182. Set goal for 159 by Thanksgiving, Currently am 163.5! Got close. Kept with other goals, to keep exercising and counting calories. I am pleased with how far I got.

New holiday goal: 155 or under by the end of the year!

I definitely think we should do a Christmas and/or New Year's challenge. I am already in the midst of one with a group from another thread for Christmas (see my tracker in my signature), but the more challenges there are, the more support there is!

I fell insanely short of my goal of 250 for Thanksgiving thanks to a nice 3-month plateau but I'm aiming for a goal of 259 by Christmas (which will be 15 pounds lost since I started the challenge). I'm already down 4 officially (plus I was down 2 when I checked this morning, but won't count it till my official TOPS weigh-in nest Thursday night)...11 to go in 4.5 weeks
