Monday:
jogged about 2 miles (my foot hurt!)

25 min. on spin bike
30 min. eliptical
30 min. strength training

Quick Question - Does anyone else on here have problems getting motivated to exercise just before their TOM? Either I've suddenly gotten lazy, or my hormones are working against me! Help!

Amanda, I have that problem too -- I just try to tell myself that I know I will feel better after working out! That and luckily I have my bf around to shove me out of bed in the morning and drag me to the gym.
Wednesday:
running intervals -- 400m fast, 200m slow, for two miles.
10 pull-ups with the assistance set at 110 lbs
10 dips with the assistance set at 110 lbs
