Default Weekly Exercise Log 8/1 - 8/7

Good morning everyone! We've been doing great with exercise lately, let's keep it up!

Monday:
20 mins stairmaster, levels 2 and 3 (level 1 warmup)
15 mins stationary bike, mostly level 6 (cooldown at level 1)
crunches on incline
5 each of pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips on the machine that gives you assistance
no running today because yesterday's run was so hard!

Monday - 2 hrs hiking/walking (actually spent nearly 3 hrs walking about a park, but we took stops to admire the view and spent some time under a tree waiting for the rain to stop)

Plan for Tuesday - 1.5 hrs gym in the morning (various things), try to make it to skating

lower body alternating with 6 minutes eliptical, stairmaster, 10 of stair climber. for 1 hour 20. then tried to run some, my legs were like no way!
haha - I did do some intense and heavy leg workouts.

it flew by as usual. somehow its easy - i think i wanna do a triatholon - any one do one before??
