Also, what have been your best substitions??
I love chocolate, so I keep on hand a dark choclate bar, and when I really crave chocolate, I have just one square.
Also, I love cake and I remember once when I ate a whole cake in 48 hours, now I will go to a good bakery and buy one pretty cupcake as a treat every now and then. I really don't have any good substitutions.



) but I used to have fries you bake in the oven ALL the time, but now I just have some kebab shop fries every month or so and it keeps the junk level down!
