I'm weighing in at barely 144 today (it's kind of borderline). That's down 1 lb from last week!

I'm weighing in at 168. I have mixed emotions about that weight. I LOVE the fact I'm not 169 anymore (stayed there for almost 3 weeks) but I was down to 167.5 for most of the week and shot back up today. Must be water because my cals and food have been good. Was really craving everything yesterday and finally figured out that I needed protein (way low for the day) so I'll try harder today. I hope I can drop 2 pounds this week....we will see. So overally I am VERY happy at being less than 169, by a whole pound too!!!

I just started last week, so my first 3 day weight loss was 3.5 pounds, but of course it is the holiday weekend and I've been drinking alcohol. Next weigh in Saturday the 9th. Good luck everyone

Weighed in yesterday at 189. YAY ME! I met my July 4th goal and am now only 14lbs away from my big goal. Congrats Sweetloml on making it into the 100s
