I'm weighing in at 168. I have mixed emotions about that weight. I LOVE the fact I'm not 169 anymore (stayed there for almost 3 weeks) but I was down to 167.5 for most of the week and shot back up today. Must be water because my cals and food have been good. Was really craving everything yesterday and finally figured out that I needed protein (way low for the day) so I'll try harder today. I hope I can drop 2 pounds this week....we will see. So overally I am VERY happy at being less than 169, by a whole pound too!!!
