Tuesday-
Bootcamp 1 hr 15 min - Running, LOTS of squats, crunches, flutter kicks. The rest of the time was focused on speed and agility so we did a lot of different sprint type drills.

30 min walk in the evening at 3.3 on the treadmill. I needed to do something to loosen up my legs, they were so sore!

Small yay for me! I did 30 minutes treadmill at 3.0 or higher. Usually after I hit a mile I go down to 2.8 or so to start the cool down but no...not this time...I did a 29 minute 1.5 mile. I know that's not a big deal to most of you ladies but I am NOT a good walker/jogger at all so I'm proud of me *smile*

so I did a total of 42 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes bike

Great job ladies!

Great job Amber! I'm sure you'll keep improving!

Wednesday:
jogged/ran 4K (about 2.5 miles), intervals for the first mile, including a short sprint where I tried to race my bf (he won, duh)
no crunches for me today We were running late this morning so I didn't have time!

planning to walk home from school, 1.5 miles.

Hi all, I want to join the weekly weigh-in group. I have had success 2 years ago but have put some weight back on. I think the weekly weigh-in will keep me focused and motivated.
