Default Memorial Day Challenge

Does anyone want to join me in a Memorial Day Challenge!!!
My goal is to be down 15 lbs by then. All you have to do is track your progress down anytime you feel like weighin ur self. Ill start

May 13, 2005~~~~~ 225lbs
May 16, 2005~~~~~ 222lbs
May 22, 2005~~~~~ 218lbs
May 25, 2005~~~~~ 214lbs
May 31, 2005~~~~~ 210lbs

Unlike some other people i like to weigh myself before the end of the week. Im so impatient....

Of course, I'm only getting in here at the middle of the month, but hopefully I can still lose 8lb by Memorial Day.

I've had my own personal Memorial Day challenge for awhile now. I'd love to be 175 by then. WE'll see if my body will cooperate. I'm losing SO slowly. I'm going to try my darndest though!

im loosing so slow too. We will do it. Of course i wont be in a bikini by memorial day but ill feel dam confident lyin on the beach, Good Luck Ladys. Hey i think i hold alot of water at night. I weigh 225 at night, but i weigh 219 in the morning. ~~~hmmm~~~

Our weights fluctuate all day long. You usually weigh more at night because you've been eating and drinking all day. I weigh only in the morning after going to the restroom and before I've eaten anything or had a drop to drink. I don't even take my vitamin before I weigh *smile*

I also am secretly hoping to get down past 170 by Memorial Weekend.

I plan to drink smoothies for two of my meals each day. Drink lots of water, and no eating after six! Exercise everyday, whether it be walking at the track or going to cardio or yoga class.
