hi all im new and need motivation
hi all seems everyones doing really well!!
im sum1 who needs motivation im 5'11 size 12 and ive cheated i had liposculpture although i fit into my clothes more i was told i would be a size 8-10, problem is the loose skin i've devised my own exercise programme --- 3 sets of 20 reps- kickbacks 3 sets of 20 reps normal crunches 3 sets of 20 reps x-crunche 3 sets of 20 reps touch toe 3 sets 0f 20 leg lifts 3 sets of 20 pelvic lifts 3 sets of 20 hip flexors 300 bum crunches also arm weights 10lbs x 2 - 2 sets of 20 front , back rises i weight 11stone 7lbs (75 kg) i would like to get to 9 stone i have been eating stir frys fruit ect |
Thursday: walked home, 1.5 miles

Friday: walked all over Philadelphia for about 7 hours!

50 min cardio - incline treadmill Friday: class "Rearview" OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (45 min) 20 walking cool down on treadmill Saturday: Pilates class (45 min) 20 min eliptical machine bi's & tri's - 3 sets of 12 Sunday: OFF!!!!!! HAPPY EASTER! :) |
Saturday: also several hours walking. (I'm visiting a friend in Philadelphia and we've walked all over this city! The central part, at least.)
