40 min pilates caribbean workout DVDs 3.25 miles walking on track 1 hour playing doubles tennis Monday: 30 min stairmaster level 8 35 min upright bike upper body weights and ab training |

1-mile walk Tuesday: 45 min. elliptical 40 min. weights |
14 min tread, 16 min bike
