this week i will..
1. Not eat past 7
2. Try not to drink any pop
3. Not skip any gym classes I wanted to attend
4. Try and not take my insecurities out on the fiance'
This week I will:
1. Do pilates/yoga DVD 2 times.
2. Plan one AM snack and one PM snack and stick with them
3. Run at least 4 miles twice
4. Have no more than one alcoholic beverage each time we go out.
1. Continue eating only what my body needs, not what my mind wants!
2. Drink more water - I lose more when I drink 3 Ls rather than 2 Ls
3. Get back on the treadmill - I tried yesterday but was still sore from the 5k
4. Log in a bunch of miles to make up for lost time - get on that stationary bike!
5. Do weights at least every other day
1. Take care of myself by putting myself first
2. do at least two days of cardio
3. do at least two days of pilates
4. celebrate my 21st with my dearest friends
