40 minute bike ride
monday: 45 min treadmill (weight loss program)
tuesday: same thing
way to go jenicra... that's alot of exercise!!
Sunday: hour long wallk/run with dogs
Monday: 50 mins walk with the dogs
sunday: 2 miles at track, lunges, crunches, stretches
monday: same
Tuesday: 20 min elliptical.
Wednesday: 15 min elliptical

Wednesday: Couch to 5k program Week 5 Day 2

friday: 45 mins treadmill and going to do some strength a little later.
