    1 hour, 30 minute hike
    40 minute bike ride
  • monday: 45 min treadmill (weight loss program)
    tuesday: same thing

    way to go jenicra... that's alot of exercise!!
  • Sunday: hour long wallk/run with dogs
    Monday: 50 mins walk with the dogs
  • sunday: 2 miles at track, lunges, crunches, stretches
    monday: same
  • Tuesday: 20 min elliptical.
    Wednesday: 15 min elliptical

    40 min. elliptical
    20 min. bike
    1 hour, 15 minutes of heavy-duty housecleaning (hey, it counts!)
  • wednesday - 5 mins stairstepper, 45 mins treadmill
    little bit of strength training (need to do more)
  • Tuesday: Couch to 5k program, Week 5 Day 1
    20 mins elliptical
    30 mins walk w/ dogs
    Wednesday: Couch to 5k program Week 5 Day 2
    15 mins elliptical
    45 mins walk/run with dogs- mostly run
  • wednesday:

    2 miles at track-walked
    crunches
  • Thursday: 30 mins walk
  • Wednesday:
    45 min. strength training
    Thursday:
    55 min. elliptical
    20 min. bike
  • thursday: 30 min. elliptical trainer
    friday: 30 min run
  • Thurs. Night:

    2 miles at track-walked
    lunges-20
  • thursday: no exercise
    friday: 45 mins treadmill and going to do some strength a little later.

    (4 days of exercise so far this week! trying for five!)
