Thumbs up Weekly Weigh In 5.23 to 5.29

Yes--down 2 lbs. today, back to 168. Whew! Feels good to be back in the 160's, yet again. Now the challenge is to continue this downward trend, and hit a new "all-time low" for next week (my lowest ever is 167 and I've been there twice in the past couple months).
Good luck to all this week! (-;

To all you losers.. CONGRATS!!!! Keep up the great work!

Dee - 5 weeks is amazing!
Jenn - Its ok.. 2 pounds can be from anything (excess water for example). Just keep with the program. Next week I bet you will see a loss.

I'm hoping next week I will see the scale go down.

Hi, I'm Danielle. Right now I weight 210. I have been cutting down on the junk and working out at least six days a week for about a month...and I've only lost about 4 pounds. It's discouraging, but I'm going to keep it up! It sickens me to think that I thought I was soo fat at 175. I think I'll try a weekly weigh in to help keep me motivated. Wish me luck!

Hi Danielle, I'm sorry to hear you've been frustrated with your progress so far. That 4 lbs. is 4 lbs. you don't have to carry around with you anymore. Keep us updated on your progress!

Thanks so much for the support. I feel better, I look at bit better, but the scale says "No, you are still just as fat as yesterday." lol. Grrr. But I guess feeling better is the first step...and one of the most important things. Keep up the good work, ladies Ciao!

Welcome, Danielle! Slow weight loss is frustrating, but a loss is a loss. I get frustrated at my progress sometimes, but I realize that if I wasn't doing anything, the scale would be going up, up, up! At least it's going down -- no matter how slowly.

By the way, I'm in St. Petersburg -- not far from you.
