    today-chest, back & shoulders (weights.) & I washed my car inside & out.
  • Tues: no exercise, evening school event
    Wed:
    35 min. elliptical
    10 min. stairclimber
    25 min. weights
  • Wednesday: 30 min walk outside. It was so great to have a clear blue sky day for once! Perfect weather!
  • Wednesday:
    50 min walk
  • Wednesday..
    walked 1.15 miles on the tread mill..had a stupid cramp in my calf...i wanted to walk at least 2.5 last night...oh well...i will make up for it today!
  • Wednesday:
    15 minutes stair stepper
    15 minutes bike

    I'm still in DC .. and no workout for today.
  • Thursday:
    15 min. walk
    35 min. weights
  • Thurs:
    10 min. run @ 5.8 mph
    30 min. walk @ 4.8 mph (incline intervals)
    20 min. stairclimber
    5 min. recumbent bike
  • Thursday:
    2-mile walk

    Friday:
    3-mile walk
  • Friday:
    40 min. walk
  • Tuesday - 3 hour walk.
    Friday - 30 min elpitical trainer
  • Sat:
    35 min. elliptical
    20 min. run @ 5.8 mph
    15 min. walk @ 4.8 mph (incline intervals)
    20 min. weights
