Tuesday -
weight lifting - 40 minutes (arms, legs, back, and chest)
aerobics - 1 hour (our instructor injured her neck so she was EXTRA hard on us, whew!)
stationary bike - 15 minutes
eliptical - 10 minutes
Thursday:
1-hour lunchtime walk
dancing with my friends at college night at the bar! hehehe (although the alcohol offset all progress made at burning calories)
