  • Monday:
    30 minutes cardio
    100 situps
    leg and arm weights
  • Monday: 60 minutes of dancing
    30 minutes walking

    Tuesday: 30 minutes walking

    Wednesday: 60 minutes dancing
    45 minutes walking
    45 minutes biking
    20 minutes weights
  • Monday
    45 minute walk
  • Tuesday:
    20 min. walk
    60 min. walk/jog/run intervals for 4.45 mis. total

    Tuesday -
    weight lifting - 40 minutes (arms, legs, back, and chest)
    aerobics - 1 hour (our instructor injured her neck so she was EXTRA hard on us, whew!)
    stationary bike - 15 minutes
    eliptical - 10 minutes

  • Tuesday
    45 minutes of DDR.
  • Wednesday:
    40 min. walk
  • Wednesday:
    lunch hour walk (to the Vietnam Memorial and White House )
    20 min. Pilates video
    20 min. on the bike
    15 min. running

    WHEW!
  • Wednesday
    My off day but I did some lunges, squats, and leg lifts
  • Thursday
    1 hour yoga class!
  • Thursday:
    40 min. walk
    40 min. weights
  • Thursday:
    1-hour lunchtime walk
    dancing with my friends at college night at the bar! hehehe (although the alcohol offset all progress made at burning calories)
  • Friday:
    40 min./2.5 mi. uphill interval walk
