    Monday: 30 mins elliptical
    10 mins stairmaster
    45 mins bowflex
  • Sunday:
    ~2-mile walk
  • sunday: golfed and hit softballs
  • Mon:
    4 min. stairclimber
    7 min. run (couldn't finish--horrible side ache)
    33 min. walk @ 4.7 mph
    25 min. weights
  • Monday:
    30 min. walk
    30 min. weights
  • Monday: 20 min. walk
  • Tuesday: 30 mins treadmill (5.0-6.5)
    15 mins elliptical
  • Tues:
    5 min. stairclimber
    35 min. elliptical
  • Monday:
    1-mile walk
    Squats, lunges, etc.

    Tuesday:
    40 minutes on the glider
  • Tuesday:
    50 min. walking/running (4.0-6.2) with uphill intervals, including a 10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk for a total of 4.0 mis. - which is the highest mileage I've ever seen on the treadmill. Yea!
    Oh, and a 30 minute walk outside this morning in the heat!

  • Wed:
    30 min. run @ 5.6 mph
    3 min. walk
    25 min. weights
  • Wednesday: 30 min low impact aerobics
  • Wednesday:
    2-mile walk
