189? It COULD happen, but I'm expecting a gain this week. If I somehow managed to maintain, then I could feasabily get to 190, which would be almost as good. So I'll keep trucking, but I'm not going to hold my breath. We're more than halfway done with this challenge, how are the rest of you ladies holding up?

wow what happened to this thread? I am at 153.5 and my Mayday goal is 152!! Almost there!

I don't know about the rest of you but I made my May Day goal! My goal was 152 and I weighed myself this morning at 151.5 and 151(after shower which is strange) so I made it! How did the rest of you do?

I missed my May Day challenge by .5 lbs, But I'm still very happy. 7.5 lbs loss isn't bad at all!! I stuck to my plan except for the strength training. Only 2X a week, will try better this month.
