Hey everybody! Im new! I am 22 swf, and am currently at 214. My goal weight is just something in the healthy weight range or atleast in the overweight range instead of obese in the BMI ranges.

I joined Curves and signed up for an exercise tracker on the American Heart Association website and joined this place to try and get the motivation and support to keep it up. I joined Curves Wednesday of last week and Im really enjoying it so far. I felt like it was more of an obligation and something I HAD to do when I went to a gym but I WANT to go there b/c I really have a good time when I go so hopefully that will last. Anyways, to quit rambling, Im glad to be here and would like some getting started help on the website so if anyone has a few minutes to spare and introduce me to the common threads I would very much appreciate it. I was trying to look thru the other threads and I see a weekly weigh in and I think it was weekly random chatting. Is there anything else under the 20-something link?
