Sunday- Relaxation........
Monday- I was excited to get back to the gym after vacation HOWEVER... I forgot my sports bra and I am dizzy from forgetting lunch today... So, I am going to go home, rest, and eat supper and get back at it tomorrow...
Sunday: 60 min circuit training, 20 min stairs
Monday: I went for a swim but the pool was closed! A bit sore from yesterday, but I'll do some stairs tonight.
