Fri:
35 min. elliptical
20 min. stairclimber
20 min. run @ 5.5 mph
30 min. walk @ 4.5 mph (incline intervals)

Can you tell I've got *more than a few* indiscretions to try & atone for.....

30 min stairmaster

Saturday:
5.4 miles on treadmill (and it felt GOOD!)

25 min. walk
35 min. weights
Saturday:
2 hr 45 min. hike-9 miles-EXHAUSTION-I even jogged for about a mile of it. I will pay for this tomorrow, I'm sure, but it was fun.
