I'm iced in today, so had given up on working out, BUT had forgotten about DH's exercise bike (we don't use it at all anymore).....dusted that sucker off & had myself a workout! (-;
Monday: 40 min. exercise bike 15 min. arms, legs, and ab toning exercises |
