I always write what I've already done - but if it motivates you to actually DO IT - then I say go for it.

Volley--whichever way works best for you! (-; I'm such a dork, that I LOOK FORWARD to posting my workout, after I've done it. An extra motivational boost, I guess!

7 min. walk (warmup/cooldown)
