January Goals
These got deleted too with the crash.
How are we doing - January's nearly half over, can you believe it? I've been keeping my calorie intake between 1200-1600 for the past week and have been doing really well at exercising too. I've been taking in more and more water - hitting my goal of 64 oz. about 70% of the time. I think I'm at some kind of evil plateau though - the weight just isn't coming off. Meaning I have to work harder. |
Thanks for resurrecting our goals thread! I had forgotten.
I remember setting the goal of getting to 170 by the end of Jan. I'm at 175 now, so should be right on track! I've had some trouble with sweets-eating/bingeing over the past few weeks, but I'm past that now, thankfully. (-; |
I've lost a few inches in January so far, and I'm happy to lose more even if the scale still doesn't budge. My January goal however is to see the needle on the scale move a little bit. I feel so much better, and look so much better, than when I started here--but I want my signature to post a bigger loss than 5 lbs.

Goals for Jan.:
1. Stay postive and motivated 2. Lose 5- 7 lbs 3. Exercise |
Argh! I forgot what my January goal was! So, here's the new one.
Get into virgin fat territory by the end of the month. That's only 2 pounds away, but I'm finding that the more I lose, the slower it goes so here's hoping! |
OK. I think I can remember my goals (at least some of them, anyway)...
(1). Get to 177 (Started January at 182). (2). Begin strength training at least two days/week. (3). Cardio at least five days/week. I might have had more, but these will work. So far, I've lost a pound. I've been doing Pilates every other day and cardio about every day. So, I'm on track. I just need to lose some more weight! |
A month to learn from...
My Jan. weight goal was 170, and I'm still sitting up here at 174, so didn't quite get there! In February there will be victory! :)

You are already a winner Jen!

Checking up on January goals as February sets in around me...
My eating spiraled out of control in January - I went from 1200 to 1500 to 1600 to 1800 to 2000 cals. per day being "accepted "by me - not good. We'll save that for maintenance. So I'm back on track in February, trying to keep my intake on the low side as not to allow for the kind of eating behavior I allowed myself last month. Exercise was okay, but I slacked off towards the end. My water intake has been better and better all the time - I've upped it to 3 L's a day now. |
