Talking What will you do?!!??!?

I noticed that we have a few gals that are really close to their goal weights, and I was wondering what is the first thing they are going to do when they reach it. I still have 55 lbs to lose so I am not quite sure how I would answer this, but I would probably go home. I haven't been there for two years and be thin to boot what a shocker that would be. Think about this one even if you have a ways to go before you meet your goal and let us know.

Default What a fun question!

I haven't thought a lot about this topic, either. But, here's what comes to mind....

First, and most obvious, I'll buy a new wardrobe! Well, I'll be accumulating it all along, but once I'm at that goal weight, I'll be adding to it more & more. It's going to be so fun--I love clothes!

Spitefully, there are a few guys from my past (college, etc) that I wouldn't mind running in to once I'm at my goal weight! I'm happily married, it's true, but I think ya'll can probably understand wanting to turn a few heads anyway! Is that bad??? Mostly I just want to see their jaws DROP, and see them then try & act normal when they're really flipping out!

I think I need to think of a trip I'll take once I reach my goal, but I'll have to put some more thought into that one. I AM bound by our financial reality, unfortunately!

Thanks for the fun question!

Jen

This is a fun question! It's hard for me to answer exactly, too, since I'm still 40 pounds from my goal weight. But, new clothes are defintely in my future! And, I don't blame you, Jen. I want to run into ex-boyfriends, too! Just to show them what they missed out on! A trip would be fun, too. Like a cruise or trip to some Caribbean locale where I'd wear swimming suits -- maybe even a bikini -- and not feel self-concious. Wow! I can't wait to get to my goal -- it sounds so fun!

I am going to Disneyworld!

I know it sounds cliche, but I really want to go there to celebrate!

OH yes.. a new wardrobe would definitely be something I would do! I will finally be able to go into a store and go to a section I had always tried to avoid!

Hmmm, what will I do once I hit goal? That is a good question. I will probably end up resetting my goal to something lower. Now that I am so close to goal I feel like I still have quite a bit to lose before I will be completely comfortable with my body.

I will definitely do a little happy dance though, and I might shed a tear or more (especially since I thought I'd never see this point). I've been good about rewarding myself along the way for mini-goals met, so I think I will take it easy, maybe buy a new shirt or something

I haven't thought about it, but here goes:

1-Be one of those cute skinny girls that can show their midriff at the club, and work it!
2-definitely build up my wardrobe with cute clothes, no more XL or double digits in size

My answer is like justlikeabirdies. I was 7 lbs. from goal before and I think that I wouldn't have been happy even when I reached goal I think I will eventually have to add 10 more lbs. to my goal.

Yes the clothes for sure, I'm presently trying to avoid shopping because it will get so expensive if I buy every size as I loss. I'm waiting until my pants won't stay up any longer, and it is at that point, dang it. Some clothes have been sent away already because I look like I've dressed up in my mommy's clothes for work. Otherwise, definitely going to enjoy "running" into people, that's the nasty side of me that would like to kick some people I've met in the past. There's this one person in patrticular though... When he ended our relationship he actually told me that he had to stop seeing me because he was embarassed to go out in public with me due to my size. Don't worry, I don't mourn the end of that relationship at all, **** I was 8 pounds lighter then than I am right now, but it would be great to see him in a few months. Ok done with evil for now. Oh and I'll have to rent a plane and skywrite it too.
