Hi everyone! I’m also trying to avoid food-based rewards.. I think for my first mini goal I am going to buy a new pair of sneakers- the two pairs I have now are just about worn out
For my halfway point goal, I am going to buy a teal band for my Fitbit.
As for the ultimate goal, every ten pounds lost I’m going to put $100 in a coffee cup on my dresser so that when I make goal, I’ll be able to spring for a pair of designer pumps I’ve had my eye on for a while but could never justify
At the moment I’m avoiding buying new clothes because I’ve hoarded all my old clothes that no longer fit and can’t wait to get into them again!
