Thanks for replying Scotsgal. The product I am looking at is all inclusive; you don't have to buy anything except milk, everything is included in the package, even fruit and salads. It is also extensively advertised as being designed by dietitians, and I have seen the results in my colleagues. I have a fair idea about correct portion sizes and I know what I am supposed to be eating, I lost 15kg this year through this way. My question is more relating to the cost-effectiveness of the product, and its convenience, as my workload is set to increase dramatically in 2017. I am curious about the comparison in price, between buying the ingredients and making the meals yourself, versus the pre-made meals, and whether others have found it worth a try?
