I am 110% in. I fell off the wagon a long while ago. 3FC forums, and the lovely challenges are just exactly what I need to get back on track! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for starting up another challenge!!

I'm in. I'm aiming for 4 workouts a week. I'd really like to lose 15-20lbs by the end of the summer.

Welcome Dani0112 and Davikatl16! Let's do this!

Welp, it's the weekend before our challenge begins!! Are you guys ready? Let's use the thread to update each other but more important share your support with others! This weight loss journey is not an easy one to do alone.

Davi - You're very welcome!! I'm glad to see people get pumped to start =D.

Dani - You can do it! Welcome!

I'm so ready! Haven't weighed myself for 6 days (slow progress on the scale started affecting my mood) and I've been on plan 100%, so I'm hoping to see a nice little loss for day 1 of the challenge! I have a feeling I maybe haven't lost anything though because I don't feel much different.. but we'll see!

Should we update our weights tomorrow to reflect our true start weight or just with what's there?

I'm excited for the challenge. These always keep me super motivated!

SnowFlower 06-28-2015 11:57 AM

Yay! I'm in! :)
I find these kind of charts very motivating!

It's up to you really! I always use the weight I'm at just before it starts, if that helps.

I am ready!!! I took a major break from running this week as I was burnt out and achey. So I think I'm ready to get going in this challenge! Goal for week one is to run ten miles. Shouldn't be hard to fit that in with the long weekend coming up. :) Not aiming for any weight loss in this challenge, but its nice to track.

Looking forward to doing this with all of you!

Well I've just been for my first run in years! I was always too afraid of people seeing me and laughing before but, whatever, I need to get moving more! Admittedly it was more of an hours worth of fast walking with bursts of running for as long as I could do, but I'm proud of myself, I really enjoyed it! So I've added the goal to do this 3x a week.
How was everyone else's day 1?

I was the same way when I started running, but people really don't care!

My day 1 was good! I don't have a scale where I am right now but I'm back home on Wednesday so I can start getting my weigh ins again. I went for a 4 mile walk today in the morning, lots of inclines and it was hot, hot, hot!! On Wednesday I'm planning on lifting weights, then Thursday doing an Insanity workout then I need to fit in one more workout before Sunday so I'll probably go on a run at the end of the week.

Great day 1 so far! Have eaten well all day, just have to get through dinner and avoid the late night munchies. Went to spin class. Boxing tomorrow.

charbreaker 06-29-2015 10:42 PM

Ah, sweaty and alive for Day 1. Did Brazil Butt Lift's Tummy Tuck and then followed with Hip Hop Abs Rockin' Abs. I'm not sore at the moment so I imagine tomorrow morning will be unbearable. If I can't make it to post, you'll all know what happened. ;) Hope everyone else's day 1 was successful!
