  • I'm only going to be around until the 16th then it's 2 months of travelling! My original goal was to be 72 kg before I left, I don't think I'll quite get there. As long as I'm lower than I am today I'll be happy! I'm going to start eating a bit more than I have been so my body isn't thrown into shock when I start travelling as I know I'll be eating more than I currently am.

  • Ok so I got far off track.... Went on a cruise back in March and ate way too much and have been eating too much everyday since then (hello toast with way too much peanut butter everyday. Sigh) Started back at it yesterday. Shooting for 145 by the end of the month. All my professional clothes are getting way too snug and I need them to fit when I start my full time NP gig in a couple months.
