~December Exercise Accountability Thread!~

  • I don't know about you, but I love a place where I can stay accountable (like the daily weigh in thread), but I really want to start a thread that is based on exercise. So here we can have a workout goal, whether it be how many times we work out or how many miles we run. Hope you can join me on this, lets sweat up a storm and lose some pudge!!

    Did everyone have a nice thanksgiving? I'm not even American but having an American boyfriend meant I joined in the yearly stuff your face with food! Lets kick December in the face with our awesome exercise plans.

  • Alright! Joining in on December late but lets get this going!

    December 13th -
    25 minutes elliptical, 22 minutes stationary bike! Woohoo!
  • 12/14/13 ..... Despite the snow I made it to the gym again today!
    25 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the stationary bike.
    Lets do this again tomorrow!
  • After a few days NOT in the gym, back in today. 27 minutes spent on the elliptical. Wanted to do stationary bike but all were full at peak after work hours!
