December Daily Weigh In!
The year is almost over, let's end it strong. Hopefully we can all celebrate the holidays with some awesome lower numbers on the scale!!! Good luck to you all.

SW: 75.8 kg
GW: 74.5 kg 12/1- 74.8- I've been losing weight really slowly the last 2 months, maybe it's finally catching up 12/2- 74.9- I'm actually surprised it didn't go up even more, still don't trust the kilo drop! 12/3- 75.0- Don't like this. Maybe I'm eating too few calories as I've eaten a lot less the last couple days in an attempt to stay in 74.X 12/4- 75.2 12/5- 75.5- Wow, I'm really eating great. I'm going to have to assume the first 2 days were low from dehydration. Though the last couple days have been high in sodium so maybe that's the cause? 12/6- 75.1- better, I looked over my sodium and it's been way too high all week, my goal it to get that under control! 12/7- 75.0 WEEKLY TOTAL: -0.8 kg MONTHLY TOTAL: -0.8 kg 12/8- 75.2 12/9- 75.4- bad weekend, but it was delicious! 12/10- 75.3 12/11- 75.2 12/12- 75.3 12/13- 75.1 12/14- 75.1 WEEKLY TOTAL: +0.1 kg MONTHLY TOTAL: -0.7 kg 12/15- out of town, No WI 12/16- not weighing myself till Thursday, the weekend away was BAD! 12/17 12/18 12/19- 74.9 12/20- 74.4- not sure how much I can trust this # since I haven't weighed in most of this week. 12/21- 74.7- I'll take it! Last time I did a daily weigh in, it was my first month here (June 2012). I want to get back on track after have a terrible few weeks. Maybe this will help me. So I'm re-re-starting today! :D Like my exercise, I'm going to set a small goal for the month, get back into the 130s. Best of luck everyone over the Christmas season.

I'll give this a try - I'm curious if it's psychologically helpful.

I weighed myself at the gym before my evening run and got 150.2. I've never done a daily weigh in before! I'm really excited to start

I've been off the bandwagon for over a year. I used to do this all the time and it really helps. I've gained 60 pounds in the past year and half and its time to get back on track!
