Alright, I'm joining very late as I just got back from vacation. It's time to get back on track and lose the 5 pounds I gained on vacation and then some.
SW: 78.4 kg (08/18) GW: 77.5 kg 08/18-78.4 08/19-78.0 08/20-77.5- I think I'm still levelling off from my vacation gain. 08/21-76.7- almost back down to my pre-vacation weight, maybe it was all water weight? 08/22-77.2 08/23-76.9 08/24-76.9 WEEK TOTAL: -1.5g- primarily water weight gained from my trip but I'll take it! 08/25-77.0 08/26-77.0 08/27-77.1- started a new exercise program yesterday. 08/28-77.4??????? 08/29-77.2 08/30-77.2 08/31-77.0 WEEK TOTAL:+0.1kg MONTH TOTAL:1.4 kg!!! |
