I've figured it out

  • You all know by now how much I loathe water -- drinking it anyway.

    Well, I figured out how to enjoy it. See, I love the Propel Water by Gatorade. But I just noticed that it contained sugar [sucrose], which made me so very upset!

    But, I came up with a concoction last night.

    I put a 1/2 capful of lemon juice and some SplendaŠ into the water bottle and filled it with regular filtered water.

    PRESTO! I've drank 2 bottles thus far. I'm going to try it with lime too.

    YUM!

    GO ME and drinking H2O!!!!
  • Have you tried Crystal Light or the flavored carbonated water? Those are pretty good.
  • I drink seltzer but sometimes, you just can't do bubbles, you know? And I drink Crystal Lite all the time.

    But I was told that didn't think that counted in my water intake
  • Crystal Lite definitely counts as water. That's basically all it is. You have a little powder and the rest is water. It will still help cleanse the body and it will definitely help you feel full.
