Hi everyone;););)

i'm starting a new lifestyle with the hope and goal of achieving a 29 pound weight loss this summer
today is +29 :dizzy::o

it's going to be hard
but it's about time :o

i'm going to make it and i plan to tell you all how :carrot::carrot::carrot::carrot:

I'm down 12 pounds! :carrot: :dancer::beach::yay::D can you believe it!!

I eat plenty of: vegetables, raisins, nuts
and some: fruit, meat, fish, bread/pasta, olive oil, cereal, trail mix.
and every now and then: treats like an ice cream, a piece of cake or pizza.


No chocolate the last two weeks!:carrot:

I work out 5 times a week.

I do have some skin problems :?:, however, don't know if it's hormones or something else???:stress:
Do you have any tips on how to stay motivated I feel like I'm at a vunerable point now, as my appetite is growing??:bomb::hungry::drool:
