Weight this morning: 140.0
Food: BOY OH BOY, WHAT A CLOSE ONE! Stayed in my calorie range though.
Cardio: 2 x 15 min bike ride + 30 min walk
Weight training: Rest day
TOM day 2. I'm curious to see if and how it affects my weight in the morning.
Another great day! Lots of water and fruit today! Exercise was a little bit of a struggle. Took me at least an hour () to get the motivation for my walk but I went and did it in the end!

Going to take Hoopty's formula with my posts here!
Weight: 157.9 lbs (- 0.2 lbs since start of challenge)
Exercise: 2/3 weekly workouts done
No point adding a food option since if I over indulge then I'm out regardless! But yeah, no ready made meals or coke in sight. Last night was a challenge since I was at a izakaya (bar/restaurant) and it was tough not to order my usual coke before I start eating! Food wasn't super healthy, but I slowed down and didn't over eat. My boyfriend ate an extra meal at 1am since he felt like it wasn't enough food but I felt stuffed!
Today I'm going to do an Insanity workout and complete my 3 x week exercise pledge.
Dottington - Yeah, I have to cram in my workouts over the weekend since I've been busy! But the challenge has been good for that.
Hoopty - Wow, 2 lbs already! That's amazing! You can lose weight on your period, it might increase slightly but when it's gone there tends to be a magical WHOOSH.
really didnt think i would be the one to say this but IM OUT!! i been eating healthy and exercising lots and i went up 5 more lbs. so i gorged out on junk food. hope all you ladies manage to stick to it !

That sucks that you gave in!! Don't lose heart when you see a gain, it's about how you feel and the lifestyle you're leading - not the number on the scale! This challenge is all about the motivation not the weight. Maybe next time though!
hoopty and dreamer Great job on sticking to your goals!
Riestrella great job not overeating!
Yesterday I was super proud of myself because I went to this family event and it was an ice cream sunday party and the entire table was filled with junk food. Like seriously, every type of chip imaginable was there! I was really proud of myself though because I managed to limit myself to one plate of mostly fruit and then had a mini soy ice cream sunday, but not with a lot of toppings, maybe a few nuts and a tsp of chocolate. Got my stupid strength training workout in, have to do it again today, so going to do that now >_<
Yay! We've made it a week!
EDIT: 100 crunches
50 bicycle men
50 turtles
50 sit ups
50 leg ups
50 reverse crunches
30 leg raises
30 hip raises
120 sec plank
30 donkey kicks
100 squats
50 jumping jacks
60 side leg lifts
Just did that so finished my exercise pledge for the week!

Riestrella - Maybe I had my magical whooshh before TOM and the 2 lbs are just water weight I'm just gonna try to wait it out and see what happens. Congrats on not overeating! I always find it hard to go out with people and stick to your plan.
Dottington - I DO NOT want to imagine how many calories were on the table at your family event, holy magizz! Here's a high-five for not touching any of that stupid stuff!

Weight this morning: 140.0 lbs
Food: Had a small slice of bread with Nutella but stayed within my calories.
Cardio: 2 x 15 min bike ride + 30 min HIIT run
Weight training: Day 4 out of 7 completed
I AM SORE! I think I'm gonna make tomorrow a rest day. We've made it through half of the challenge, say what?
Weight: 157.9 (- 0.2 lbs since start of challenge)
Exercise: 3/3 week 1 DONE
So yesterday I did Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance and completed my pledge for the week. I didn't touch a drop of soda and I've been eating only home made meals. I can officially say that the first week has been successful!
I only saw a 0.2 lb drop but I'm not letting it get to me. I do a lot of hard exercise so I find weight loss for me is always a slow process, but I know soon enough I'll start seeing the numbers drop.
Today I have a strength workout to do, I've moved up to workouts 5 and 6 in Body Revolution so I'm sure it'll be a shock to the system.
Huge Congratulations on everyone who's made it through week 1 of the no excuses challenge!! More than half of the people who entered 7 days ago have dropped out, only 11 of us remain. So start feeling epic that you're still hanging in there and kicking some serious behind! Keep it up!!

Dottington - Huge congratulations on the self control! Being out and about in the world of socialising is always the biggest test for people who are losing weight, and you passed!
Hoopty - Well the biggest part of this challenge is the dedication, so who cares about weight when you're out there being awesome?!
brit - Boo! Better luck next time!

Still on top of my game! Yesterday was hardcore, today is going to be as well with staying on my eating plan, my husband and I doing our Insanity workout, and then we are going to play disc golf later today with friends!
Vacation precluded my internet access, so obviously I am out. I let myself go on the food front, as well, so it's just as well. I couldn't plan, so it makes sense. Back on plan today!
Disappointed I didn't get out for a walk this evening. It was just way to warm and I wanted to sit in the garden since sun isn't here too often. I got my weight lifting sets in and I did walk to work. I'm off work tomorrow, my plan is to do a 5 mile walk early in the afternoon so I can enjoy the sunshine. Water and food were on plan.
I can't believe we have done 7 days! Well done to everyone still in the game! And remember to those who are out, don't give up. There is always next time.
Weight this morning: 139.4 lbs
Food: Another close one but I only had fish + cucumbers + peas for dinner so I balanced everything out (I had some ice cream and one small cup of pudding earlier today)
Cardio: 2 x 15 min bike ride
Weight training: Rest day
So, it's officially halftime. Good job everyone for keeping it up!
Way to go on your hike Dottington! It's been a long time since I have went hiking, I definitely need to get out there and do it again while the weather is so gorgeous! There is a great place here by a beautiful lake, so yeah, hearing about your hike is making me want to go!
Insanity again later today, after my workout I can officially give myself another X, I have been sticking to the meal plans I have been working with every morning and it keeps me from going off track!
