Goals:

1. Jog 10K at least 3x/week.
2. Stay within my 26 WW points + any activity points I earn every day.
3. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
4. No eating at work! (This one will be the hardest to follow, but also the most rewarding.)

I'm in!!! This may be the kick in the butt I need and I love a challenge!

Goals-
Exercise at least 3 times a week.
No touching my weekly points at all.
Not a drop of alcohol. (This will be hard but I will DO MY BEST!!!!!)

Remember if you break your pledge then you're out of the contest!! So make sure you're dedicated to not touching the alcohols. But then again, this is all about challenging yourself so you should definitely push yourself to see what results you can achieve if you really try!

Thanks to everyone who's signed up so far! I guess this challenge isn't going to be as popular since it is hardcore ;p

1. full ab/leg workout 3x per week
2. Keep to myfitnesspal caloric allowance 6 days per week.
3. at least 240min of cardio per week.

I'm definitely in!

Goals:
1) I will eat no more than 30 grams of complex carbs (no junk or processed food) within a 2 hour time period.

2) All of my meals will be balanced with protein.

3) I will drink a tall glass of water before each meal.

4) I will continue with C25K every other day and brisks walks in between.

(I gave myself a little calorie lee-way because I've been tinkering with my intake since adding exercise and I'm still breast feeding)

Ok, I'm totally in!
I'm restarting after being on a long hiatus and gaining back 12lbs (YIKES!)
Here are my 2 goals
1)Track all points good+bad I think learning my habits may help me fix them instead of trying to deny it
2)Drink more water (seriously I drink hardly no water it's mostly diet soda so as long as I get 1-2 bottles in a day I'll be satisfied

1. I will only eat my 3 weighed and measured meals.
2. I will not drink alcohol.
3. I will exercise at least 3 times a week (cardio AND weights)

Good idea Riestrella!! I'm trying to get to 235 by the end of July and this challenge will help me stay motivated.

1. I will stay in the calorie range my doctor set for me.
2. I will not go over 2000 calories on the weekends.*
3. I will exercise at least 4 times a week.
4. Do the sit up challenge & Squat Challenge.


*My doctor said it's good for me to give myself "free days" where I can eat any type of food I want and I can go a little over my calories. He said it helps you stay on track because you don't feel so pressured to only eat healthy. I like it. It's definitely been working.

1. Walk/run 3 miles daily
2. Track calories on Myfitnesspal

Oh Hi Ladies!!! i am in for this one !!

1. will drink 8 glasses of water a day
2. will do my shred video at LEAST every second day
3. will do 20 min a day on treadmill 5 days a week
4. i will not have ANY peanut m&m's
5. Will stick to my 1200-1500 a day calories
