The past week hasn't been good, had KFC on 2 evenings :( and only exercised once. Hoping this week will be better as I am only delaying myself...

Having bad luck with 170s

Lylitu 03-02-2015 06:28 AM

Weekly weigh in was yesterday and I was at 166.0. The number hasn't moved much but I feel a lot better.

Hey girls! I gained a bunch of weight over the holidays and just never got back on track. My starting weight is 166. I'm weighing in tomorrow after having a good week of eating and starting Focus T25. Man that is a hard workout for only 25 minutes!

Samantha Daisy 03-15-2015 11:28 PM

162.6, hoping to be in the 150s at weight in next Sunday!

LettuceDoThis 03-20-2015 01:00 AM

Hey again! I've lost another two pounds since I posted, but more like 5 pounds in fat! This is like pedaling on a bike really quickly, but at a low low year - trying so hard and moving so slowly. But progress is progress, right?

Shaunalynn 04-15-2015 11:39 PM

Early this year, I started at around 180 (maybe a bit higher.... I was too embarassed to weigh myself), then I got down to 174, then somehow, 172.6.

In late February, my skating coach recommended I try Advocare to help my energy and build muscle I need for skating. On the 24 day challenge, I dropped to 164.2. I was elated. I haven't seen that number in a long time. I am SO close to being out of the 160s for the first time in two years and I cannot wait!

I just need to get to the gym more, and eat better. I've been stress eating this week...

Hey everyone!

Weighed in this morning at 159! But I'll probably wait until it stays under 160 for a week before counting it for real. But still, yay!

weighed in at 175 this morning! hoping to be out of the 70's by the next two to three weeks.

Gained more weight again, at my all time high weight of 171.4. I started a new program on Monday that I'm hoping to make into a lifestyle change! I'll be weighing in Sunday, hoping for a big number!

Samantha Daisy 05-25-2015 09:35 PM

Weighed in at 163.2, lost 8.2 pounds this week!

Woo! I'm doing Focus T25 too, and I totally know what you mean. It REALLY kicks your butt. Me and my workout buddy are 1/2 way through week three of alpha, and I'm equal parts scared and excited for beta cycle.

Also, have been hovering around 177. It hasn't been THAT long, but I'm still worried because the last, like... 2 times that I plateaued and regained, it happened at this number. I've never actually gotten any lower for longer than a couple days during weight fluctuations.

3rd time's the charm!!

Im in the high 170's.. 178.6 . Im trying to get at 175 or below within the next two weeks. Wish me luck!
