Default Trying to Stay Motivated!

On Tuesday I had a breast augmentation, which I've been looking forward to doing for months! I was doing Insanity prior to that and had lost 8 pounds and about 7 inches and was doing great. Now that my surgery is over I can't do any working out for at least 2 weeks and then only easy walking, no easy cardio and lower body until 4 weeks and I'm not cleared to do regular working out until 6 weeks.

I guess I just have to rely on my diet and eating healthy from now until then. It's just hard to stay motivated when I have to be really sedentary. But at least I have great boobs! Any tips to help me get through this?

Hmmm... That sure is tough. I would definitely say that you should consistently review the goals you set for yourself at the beginning to stay on track. Eat nourishing foods because your body needs to heal itself after surgery.
