Sorry I've been awol-y guys... been busy, and tired, and spending lotsa time with the bf so less time on my computer! lol. it's a holiday now in Japan... and even though it's called "Golden Week", it's basically just a long weekend, but still, time off! I'm too poor to do anything though, so it kinda sucks... well anyhow. here i am!
Rie: oh god, girl... Melon soda is the evilest of them all!! i think you'd have been better off with a pepsi! (plus one once in a while won't kill ya), but what's done is done. no point in fussing over it

lol about getting lost while running... i wanna try to explore my neighbourhood like that, but i know that streets run everywhichway here and it's sooo easy to get lost, so i always try to just go in a straight line. lol. but yay for extra calories burned?

and about your fainting spells... i think maybe you should check in with a doctor... just to be sure? i mean, you're really eating that little so it might be something else... it wouldn't hurt either way. hang in there! and enjoy the rest of GW!

and yay for starting BR again! which level are you on? i'm not very good at planks/push-ups either, but i'm definitely better than i used to be. so hang in there!!

ok, so now that i'm done with personals, here's what's been going on with me. I had a couple of days where i didn't do too good food-wise last week, because of period-y stuff and migraines, blergh (remember the cadbury eggs? they are gone... lol) but then things got back to normal, and yesterday, i even saw 74.6 on the scale! woohoo! It's probably up now though since yesterday was a cheat day with the bf, and i pigged out pretty bad on Doritos and Oreos after he was gone... but oh well!!
speaking of the bf, i mentioned earlier that i'd been seeing a lot of him, and you might find it weird, but i usually see him only once a week... twice if i'm lucky. people in japan often live with their parents and it makes things super awkward for couples... and he almost never sleeps over at my place and so it makes things kinda sucky, but whatever, i'm used to it i guess, i've lived here so long... lol. well anyways, i saw him last monday cuz it was a holiday, whole day. and then on thursday night he just randomly messaged me "i was drinking with my friends in Shinjuku, so i'm coming to see you". like, what, now?!? lol. indeed. so he came over on thursday night, ended up spending the night, (which he never does) and left rather late on Friday morning so there were plenty of cuddles. and then we were supposed to hang out on saturday, and so i saw him a 4th time! lol. i know y'all don't care and i sound like a teenager but i was really happy about it

we've been watching the older Ironman movies in preparation of going to see Ironman 3, cuz he hadn't seen them, and the weather's been really lovely so we went to the park and walking about... he's also being really cute/supportive about my diet and just randomly told me that he was proud of me (and he is NOT big on compliments) and he was like "yeah, last time you went on a diet, it lasted for 3 days." lol. oh baby...
so today i feel a bit lethargic. i took forever getting up and feel all bloated and definitely procrastinating on my workout... it's really amazing how eating crap really does make you feel like crap... but i guess i'll eventually get my butt into gear, because my workouts are the one thing that i will not let myself abandon! lol. heck, i even did it through a migraine last week! (lol. i actually can't believe that i did... but i'd missed the day before and i was like "cant...not...workout... two days... in a row!!!") lol. i am now officially one of those crazy people... i still don't like working out though. oh and, funny story, my workout pants are now too big for me, and they fall off my as$ everytime i jump, which is very very annoying!!! (even though it makes me happy that i lost weight! lol)
