I used to use this forum a WHILE ago, and now, I'm back.
A short history- I lost 25 pounds 3 years ago and have kept it off (I have fluctuated between 176-181ish for the past 3 years).
Sounds great, right? Well, I still have about 30 to lose, is the problem. I wasn't done...and in the past three years, I've lost zip. SO, I'm back.
I'm counting calories this time, as I can't afford weight watchers, but I'm also doing Zumba, which has been a ton of fun, and I think helped me out big time.
I found that with weight watchers, I was paying the 40 dollars a month to not follow the diet. At least with Zumba, it's fun, so I go, and I really get a good workout out of it.
Anyway, I'm back, and looking forward to chatting with you folks!

I lost weight on here a few years ago as well, but a very heavy pregnancy + gaining 20 back before getting pregnant pretty much put me back where I started.
