For those who have tried it, what do you think? I've read so much on the internet about people who just feel awesome, though I am aware that there is a lot of hype and those who love it will freely write about it ad nauseum so I I thought I'd look around here (not that I haven't found sites such as Mark's Daily Apple and PaleoHacks EXTRAORDINARILY helpful). Also, for those who have tried it or haven't, what do you for social occasions, eating out, or bringing food to work or school?
The only problem I foresee with this is that it could get extremely dull. That, and I LOVE cheese. I like the simplicity of it though. No counting, just rough guidelines. I have also done a lot of research on the science behind the way of eating , much to the detriment of my edits and note (whoops), during my break and am excited to see if the theory works out in practice. Anywho, sorry for the rambles. Thanks for your help!
