Default Inspirational moments

I am having a tough time staying motivated to do my exercise daily. Ive kept going but each day im finding it harder to get myself to do it. For the first few weeks I was so pumped and now im slowly deflating.
After doing it today i thought to myself you know what, i can be down and upset and just feel like giving up and just not do it and give in.
But how will that help? Nothing will change, i wont lose weight, I'll stay the way i am. So i can give myself every excuse in the world why not to do it but thats all that will happen-I wont do it. If i keep doing it, taking it 1 day at a time thats the real change that will make a difference.
By getting up and doing, 1 day at a time, I will get there.
That small thought really helped me, even if its tough again tomorrow, If i do it im on the road to getting to my goal.
Its amazing what can give us inspiration, so i wanted to open the floor to anyone who wants to share their inspiration, thought or story that helps you to keep going though the hard times.....
Happy Holidays

This made me smile Just remember, time will continue, so might as well put in the work and you'll be happy you did later. Once you get into it and and persevere threw the begainning, it becomes natural, like brushing your teeth..

.After working out for 14 months straight, 5-6 days a week, I can honestly say I feel cranky and ansy on my rest days...

My modivation problem has never been excerise(due to the fact that I'm hyperactive) but rather my eating habbits. When I cave, and go off track for a few days, I always remember how miserable and sluggish my body use to feel because of my diet, and that is enough inspiration to keep me going
