Just remember, time will continue, so might as well put in the work and you'll be happy you did later. Once you get into it and and persevere threw the begainning, it becomes natural, like brushing your teeth..
.After working out for 14 months straight, 5-6 days a week, I can honestly say I feel cranky and ansy on my rest days...
My modivation problem has never been excerise(due to the fact that I'm hyperactive) but rather my eating habbits. When I cave, and go off track for a few days, I always remember how miserable and sluggish my body use to feel because of my diet, and that is enough inspiration to keep me going
