So I started out my diet good! I am ten days into my diet, and up until a couple days ago, I weighed 174. However, now I weigh 176! WTF?
I noticed I am also having my TOM, which could greatly affect my weight loss efforts, right? I just wanted to check with you all to see.
Will the weight come off right after my period, is that how it works? I have been pretty much on plan and so these changes in numbers can be disheartening.
What kind of weight gain do you all experience during TOM? How long does it take after your period to get back to your regular weight?
