  • Hey guys! So I decided to post my workout playlist here because I thought maybe my generation of women would have more of a appreciation for it. It's a mix of rock, techno and pop but everything here has an amazing beat that makes you want to move. Let me know what you think and I'm also looking for suggestions!!

  • I like listening to Thousand Foot Krutch when I work out because they are a "pump you up" type band. Despite them identifying as a Christian band, they are often played at public sports events to get the audience pumped. Move, Hand Grenade, Rawkfist, Bounce, and Quicken are all fab songs to exercise to.

  • the entire phobia album I work out to.... Fly leaf I like Cassie (very powerful story behind that song), fully alive, all around me, perfect, Im so sick, beautiful bride, arise (makes me cry for some reason), treasure, chasm, and some others....
    3 days grace OMG like everything!!! I hate everything about you, break, life starts now, lost in you, never too late, pain, riot.....theres so many by far my fav band.
  • I usually just hit random after selecting Avenged Sevenfold (or occasionally Apocalyptica). It would probably be a good idea for me to make an actual playlist so that I could use it to judge how long I've been at things...I tend to lose track.
