Greetings ALL!
I'm so excited I just made an account & I'm not sure I'm doing this right so any tips/pointers are wanted!
Let's see, I don't want to ramble on but I'm turning 24 at the end of the month , I am taking engineering 18 college credits thus during the semester I seem to "escape" working out. During breaks in between semesters I do good. I'm in lovely hot Florida and have 3 dogs that love walks. I thought I was over weight in high school but now that I'm looking back at some volleyball pictures from teammates, I wish I was back at that weight which was 165-170 ish.
Last time I checked I was 248
