Anything else you would like to share with us: I have a disorder called psuedotumor cerebri which cause debilitating headaches and migraine-like symptoms that cause me to be on bedrest for periods of time, which can be a hindrance to my health and weight loss goals.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm cooking for/feeding myself now. It was more difficult to diet when I was living at home since my siblings are very picky, my father is very southern (and fries everything! frustrating!) so I couldn't always eat as well as I liked. I've also seen a lot of success (for the first time ever) so I'm determined to go all the way!

For right now, I am focused on trying to improve my overall fitness while making more conservative eating choices, but not tracking calories or points yet. In the past, I would try to do too many new things at once, get frustrated and give up. I hope I have learned from that.

I'm tired of being unhappy, tired of not being able to climb flights of stairs or do any kind of real activity with my husband. I want to like what I see in the mirror, and give my husband back the woman he married.

Following any specific plan: I want to eat 1500 calories every day for the rest of my life. And when your amount is restricted like that you HAVE to make healthy sustaining choices or you will feel like you're going to die!
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am a lot more educated about which foods are sustaining and I appreciate that weight loss is about more than calorie counting, it is about nutrition and exercise.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I am starting a new job next month and I am scared!

Following any specific plan: I'm giving Belly Fat Cure a Try for 30 days and I do a 7-10 day Juice Fast/Cleanse every 2-3 months.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm not doing it because I want to be skinny for guys, friends or events. I'm not even set on skinny. I want to be healthy. I'm getting closer and closer to those tricky years. 94% of the time the living, body habits and shape a woman has between 28-32 is the type of she will normally carry with her the rest of her life. Not to say you can't change it but a woman's body fully set's into maturity during these years. Also, I know I want kids someday and I want to be able to run and play with them. I don't want to be a statistic setting my future kids up for eating disorders and obesity.
