I'm still in the 180s. I have lost just 2 pounds in 5 weeks??!! Its frustrating. I hope to be in the 170s soon as possible.
On the plus side I just got my cute ticker:) something to be positive about. Oh wait, i have 19 posts. Just short of that ticker! |

I am way too close to the evil '2' and need to get out of the 190's so I am in a safe zone. Today was a 'super high weigh in because you ate poorly yesterday, but only enough to gain water weight not fat' day and the scale is teetering scary close to that 2. I am happy that I am low enough that my high days still are in Onederland, but it would be Onederful if they could not get so close. Must be better today...

Had a good weigh in today, but still to close to the 190's for comfort. I'm 3 pounds shy of no longer being obese... I can't wait to get there, and it's so frustrating that I'm not there yet! (Not there yet because since weighing in on Monday I've gained two pounds and now lost three... If I would have kept losing, I would've already been there!)

Well done every one. I had a sneaky step on the scales today and to my disappointment I'm still the same weight as Monday but it is my tom so I'm not letting it get to me to much.

i'm dummed to the 90' and 80. last month i almost got to 170' and this month i gained it all back. it's a viscious cycle. and i don't want to be stuck here forever!

missunshine I am exactly the same, i get down to a certain weight then it just slowly creeps back on again. That's why I've stopped calling it a diet and calling it a lifestyle change :) its helping so far

Totally with you guys! I lost some weight this week, but the problem is that I've already been at the weight that I'm now last week, but unfortunately I gained back some and had to spend this week losing it again! ARH! it's soooo frustrating!
I'm trying to pay attention to little milestones and use as bench marks... Like when I got to 199 I didn't go back up because psychologically that was a line I could not cross again... Next will be an "overweight" BMI Which is in 3 pounds. Hopefully once I get there, that will become a new line in the sand for me to NOT overstep. |

Haven't worked out much last week, and the diet has only been kind of ok, and still (thank God!) I weighed in at 186 - down 3 pounds. I'm super excited and greatful, and I know that messing this up would be way too easy ;) So this week I'll have to not take these results for granted and get back to running!
(I'm only 1 pound away from an overweight BMI, and 6 pounds away from being done with the 180's!!! YAY!) |
Found out I'm not as tall as I thought I was... So 7 more pounds until I'm no longer obese, and change in my mini-goals and in my final goal...

Hello all :) I'm hoping I can join in here I have been at 184lbs for weeks now and I really am looking to see the 170s soon :dizzy: I have quite a lot of weight to lose but after looking around this site I have the motivation to really do it! Plus in 2 months me and my boyfriend a're going on our first proper break away together and I want to lose a fair bit for then! :love:

Just got weighed in at Weight Watchers, and I'm OFFICIALLY 197.2 lbs! I'm so excited. It took 65 lbs, but I've finally reached onederland. I look forward to spending the next...17.2 lbs with you guys.

Well, my scale finally decided to start moving again. I am going to be extra good so that maybe it won't get scared and continue going in the right direction. 195.8 this morning. Only 1.8 lbs till I am in the 'overweight' category for BMI.

I was 181 again today. Seriously it is moving sooooo slowly. When I was over 200 I dropped 2-3 lbs a week pretty easily. Now I have to fight for every single ounce. It's really hard not to get discouraged. |

Lambiechop, I can totally relate to the slowing down. I didn't think it would slow so much until I got to at least 150 or lower.. I've decided I'm going to stop weighing in every morning, it drives me crazy seeing the same weight day after day. I just got back home from 5 days away without a scale and managed to maintain, so I'm pretty happy about that. 1yr2mkovr - I think I'll join that challenge :D |
Fuct - Maintaining after 5 days away is awesome! I have no concept of how much weight I've gained or lost over a day, so that would make really nervous too!

Ah! Our thread almost fell back to page 2! lol. I weighed in pretty low this morning, but I am at my parents house with a different scale. I am going to go over to my house and see what my own scale says and report back. :)

181 again. I swear if I ever see 179 I'll faint. I really don't get it. I work out religiously, I haven't gone over my calories at all, it just won't budge. :(

I had a brief love affair with 179 and shot back up to the 180s again this morning. Distressing to say the least. So discouraging.

I am going crazy! I went down to 183 and now for the past couple days I have been at 186 :(
I am really having trouble motivating myself right now! What do you guys do when your motivation is failing!? I have lost 35lbs so far and still have a way to go but I just can't move away from the 185 mark and it is really getting to me?! Any help here would be great I can feel myself slipping. I have joined a bunch of challenges here but I am having trouble getting going with them! HELP! x |
I have had a bad 2 weeks my scales just haven't wanted to move. This morning i weighted in at 181 tho so I'm so close to being in the 170's :) I just felt i should have been there 2 weeks ago.

YAY! Down two pounds... It doesn't really feel like a victory though considering it's a repeat loss... Same two pounds from the three that I gained last week.

1yr2mkovr - I'm trying to lose a 2lb gain right now so I know how you feel.. still I think any loss is a good one :) After what I ate today though, it might take a few more days than I'd like, haha.

Well it seems that for about a week now I have given up. I didn't go crazy, but I certainly didn't eat on my diet. The good thing is that I weighed in this morning at 194.6, so I haven't gain any weight. Also, I have noticed that some of my clothes aren't fitting anymore. I had to buy new jean yesterday and I am going to buy new shorts today. After I pick up some new clothes I am recommitting myself to both my diet and exercise plans. I'm not sure why I just stopped what was working so well for me, but now the diet vacation is over and it's back to the hard work.

I myself am back on the bandwagon and started a cleanse 3 days ago and am feeling FANTASTIC and almost out of the 190's!!! |
