Dear 190's,

I'm breaking up with you. I'm now seeing the 180's (188.2). Don't be sad 190's, you're a good weight for some one just not me.

Good luck,
Maus

Dear 180's,

I have been seeing you for two days now and I'm not sure how this relationship is going to work out since you have been giving me some a pain in my a$$ (actually more like my hip, but close enough). Even though you are less abusive to me than 190's were, I just want to let you know this is an open "re-weigh-tionship" and I might want to see other weights in the future.

Love,
Maus

I weighed in this morning at 188, and am so excited! Only 14lbs until I'm in the "normal" BMI categor for my height!

Dear 190's I've seriously had ENOUGH of you!!! So with that being said I was really good today, avoided some delicious pizza that was ordered at work AND got my P90X workout in today, KMFX tomorrow's weigh in is a wonderous one!

Hey you guys seem to be doing incredibly well. Can I ask how you are doing now?

I am curious as losing weight takes a lot of mental preparation, perseverance and determination.

It is incredibly difficult but I feel once you get ahead by a little bit then it seems much easier to accomplish it. Is that how you guys feel?

Maggie - For me there are ups and downs. I am almost half way to goal and have lost 32 lbs. That is amazing. I feel and look much better. That being said, recently I have been a little disappointed with how my loss has slowed down. It is harder to be good when you are frustrated. At least that is how it is for me. When I am doing great, I don't want to jinx anything, so I don't dare change what I am doing. It seems to be easier to fall off the wagon if you aren't loving the direction that the wagon is headed. It takes a lot of work - mental and physical - but it is worth it.

So... I better be below 180.8 tomorrow or I will be joining 1yr2mkovr in the 9 toe club.

I'm new around here and thought I would pop in since you guys are doing so well. It's kind of inspiring.

Nov 1 weight: 200.0
Today's weight: 190.2!!!!

What the heck is going on with the 190s? I'm not complaining, of course. But 10 pounds in 3 weeks is pretty amazing for me. That said, I was at 200 for over a week with no movement, and the post-plateau whoosh has helped to speed me through the 90s. My body knew I was trying to hit onederland by Halloween and was NOT cooperating. This more than makes up for it. :)

This week TOM and T-day. Oh boy!

189.2 today, a full pound gain from yesterday even though I actually ate UNDER my calorie limit. Weight loss isn't linear. :/

This thread is getting a little long, so I started a Part 2. Look for it on the 20 somethings main page.
