I've done low carb and it worked really well for me. I am not suggesting low-carb for everyone.. because personally I can't live a restricted life like that (I am referring to induction). But the best thing induction did for me.. was break my addiction to regular coke. Switching to diet (which eliminates a ton of carbs) was the best thing for me. I have since varied my diets between induction and moderately low-carb.. to just low-fat/low-cal. I have had sucess with everything.. but low-carb seemed to make me lose the weight a tiny bit faster.
