I'm definitely going to have to try some of these things. I usually stick to the boring soups, veggies, fruits, yogurt, and eggs. I'm not much of a cook so I like things that are easy to make or are already made for me.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who took the time to post some of their healthy grocery store buys... I've been kinda overwhelmed trying to plan a list so this has been TREMENDOUSLY helpful!!

mamamorgan 07-12-2012 08:37 AM

We eat ALOT of veggies & fruits in my house. I feel like I'm always at the grocery store having to replenish these things. Other things include, eggs, light or fat free cheese, light or fat free yogurt. Fudgesicles (only 40 calories) when I am dying & have a sweet tooth.
